Ingredients

  • 6 ltr Orange Juice
  • 1 ltr Welch's White Grape, Apple & Pear Juice Drink
  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 1 Sachet (8g) Mangrove Jacks CR51 Premium Wine Yeast
  • 1 tsp Yeast Nutrient
  • 1 tsp citric acid
  • 2 tsp pectolase

Instructions

  • Choose a container which, after adding all the ingredients, leaves plenty of head space
