The Remote Control of the JVC JVC LT40CF890

Your remote control will usually pair automatically to the Alexa TV, but if it doesn’t it can be reset by pressing and holding the ‘BACK’, ‘OPTION’ ‘LEFT ARROW’ buttons at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. After that you can re-pair the remote control in ‘SETTINGS’ – ‘REMOTES & BLUETOOTH DEVICES’ – ‘AMAZON FIRE TV REMOTES’ – ‘ADD NEW REMOTE’.

Is there a Power on/Power off switch on the TV?
The POWER ON/OFF switch, which is a multi-function button, is located at the front left side under the frame.
Re-Setting the JVC LT-LT40CF890 TV:
To re-set this tv, follow the steps below:
- Press the ‘Home’ button, scroll to ‘Settings’ and press ‘select’
- scroll to ‘Device and Software’ and press ‘select’
- scroll to ‘RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS’ then press ‘select’.
- Confirm that you want to reset by selecting ‘RESET’ and then press ‘select’. Your TV will now reset to factory settings when done you will see the CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE menu.
