- Press the ‘home’ button on your remote control (or ‘Smart’ button)
- Click on ‘Settings’ on the top right hand of the screen
- the settings menu expands, click on ‘all settings’ in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
- a new menu opens up on the left hand side of the screen, select ‘General’ and ‘About this TV’
- select ‘check for updates’
- if an update is available follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it
